OUR PROCESS

We have a mobile pick up service that will come to your house, business or address of your choice and remove the wheels from the vehicle and leave the vehicle safe and secure and return your keys to you.

Your wheels are then taken to our premises and tyres, valves and balancing weights are removed

The following steps will then be taken: 

•  All wheels inspected for cracks, flat spots or buckles
•  Chemical dipped removing old paint
• • After old paint coatings are removed then   we will recheck for any cracks or damage 
•  Any damage repaired and alloy welded if needed
• Media blasted for new finish to be applied  
• Fully powdercoat primed and then powdercoated in colour of your choice
•  Diamond cut if required and fully powdercoat clearcoated
•  Tyres refitted with new valves and fully balanced

We will then return your wheels and refit them to the vehicle and torque all wheel bolts to correct settings   

All wheels take 2-3 business days in total
